Osvaldo Vega-Martínez, Eng., M.S. has served as our Chief Science Officer since joining Speratum Biopharma. He is also the co-inventor of Speratum’s breakthrough technologies. With over eight years of experience managing translational biotechnology research, he has been instrumental in advancing our innovative oncology platforms. Prior to joining Speratum, he earned his Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Human Genomics from the University of Costa Rica, where he focused on developing novel therapeutic approaches for complex diseases.

His deep expertise in human genomics and molecular biology has been pivotal in driving Speratum’s mission to bring precision cancer therapies to patients. Through his leadership, Speratum continues to build a robust pipeline aimed at targeting cancer with unprecedented accuracy and effectiveness.
