Fadi Abdel, M.D., Joined Speratum Biopharma as Chief of Development & Operations bringing over 25 years of leadership experience in life sciences, with a focus on oncology and precision medicine. His career spans the entire product life cycle, from early-stage new product planning and portfolio strategy to clinical development, regulatory submission, and commercialization.

Prior to Speratum, Dr. Abdel held senior executive roles, including Senior Vice President of Clinical Innovation at Alto Neuroscience, Senior Director of Portfolio Delivery Operations at Johnson & Johnson, and Global Program Leader at Novartis. In these roles, he led successful clinical trials, oversaw product launches, and managed global teams to bring innovative therapies to the market. His extensive background includes work in multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong emphasis on oncology, cardiovascular diseases, and neuropsychiatric indications.

Dr. Abdel holds a medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where he developed a passion for innovative clinical solutions.
